Knowledge Management Stuff
Evan posted about an article over at Business 2.0 about The Case Against Knowledge Management. It was an interesting read. Knowledge Management is something I've been getting very curious about lately. I've started up a K-log at work for my group and I think it has been pretty helpful. But I still think it isn't quite perfect. I had some thoughts in my head to find a way to incorporate it into the help desk system I wrote at work, so that you could immeadiately drop information in from where you were entering it.
