Stupid People Rant
I just got in from taking care of getting my parking permit and I've decided that almost everyone else waiting in line with me was an idiot. When you walk into the parking office there is a big huge sign that reads:
The following are required for a parking permit: (1) Your car registration, (2) A utility bill addressed to you and postmarked within the last 30 days or two pieces of mail to you postmarked within the last 30 days. NO EXCEPTIONS
Despite those signs I watched all but one of the seven people in front of me walk up with inadequate identification and then complain when they wouldn't take it. Why am I annoyed with this? Because I was waiting in line behind 7 people for around half and hour. When it was time for my turn, I gave the guy my registration and my electric bill and was done in under 3 minutes. No problems at all. People suck (and most of their excuses for not having what was required were lame).
