Death by videogame
A woman in Baton Rouge, Louisiana is suing Nintendo for "unspecified damages" after her 30-year old son died during a marathon session on his N64. I'm sorry. I just find this just plain silly. I've had various consoles for years and I remember warnings about seizures going back to the Sega Genesis. It isn't like this is any new news. I really wish things like this would just get thrown right out of the courts.
