Tomorrow AT&T is coming out for a third time to try and fix my cable issues. The first guy who came out told me to specificly ask for a "triple tech" to come out. The first time I tried this I had the same guy come out a second time. He then told me I should ask for a supervisor and they could help.
So, over this weekend I tried again. I made an appointment with for a triple tech to come out today, but then had to reschedule when I realized I had meetings all afternoon. I'm a bit afraid because when I called to reschedule I tried to confirm that it was an appointment for a "triple tech" the guy on the phone was a bit clueless. I probably should call and confirm again, but I'll just keep my fingers crossed.
