Their &#8216;gimmick&#8217;, they only play the best parts of songs.  I tuned it in <A HREF=\"http:\/\/www.quick96.com\/\">online<\/A> and you&#8217;d hear about 5-10 seconds of a song, then a number (which corresponds to what the song is on their web site), then another couple of seconds of a song, and so on.
