Today was a really hard day. I&#8217;m not really sure why at the moment.  I was really depressed most of the day. I felt like I was right on the edge of crying almost all day.  It was hellish.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m not used to feeling like that.  I felt so out of control and I don&#8217;t like feeling out of control (at least when it isn&#8217;t buy choice).  I don&#8217;t think I&#8217;m overtired at this point. I may just need a good nights sleep where I don&#8217;t have to wake up first thing.<\/p>\n<p>Sorry for being a bit whiney today folks. I think I just need to get it out of my system.
