Rehab for Friday was difficult.  After not exercising this much for a few months it was taking its toll a bit.  I found that I wasn&#8217;t able to work myself quite as hard as I did earlier in the week. I used the same machines as the rest of the week.  15 min on the recline bike, 15 min on the arm machine, and 15 on the treadmill.  Now it&#8217;s the weekend and I&#8217;ll get two days off.
