And"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><STRONG>Rise and Shine<\/STRONG><\/p>\n<p \/><P>Mmmm Friday.  And not just Friday, an off Friday.  Work has been very stressful for me lately.  There&#8217;s just a lot going on and I feel like if I don&#8217;t stay on top of things they will fall apart.  Isn&#8217;t that usually the first sign that you need a vacation?  I think it&#8217;s also because we&#8217;re in the middle of a project and getting close to our first deadline.  My team is basicly ready, but after every other product rollout I am so skeptical about how well it will all work. But that&#8217;s something to talk about another time.<\/P><\/p>\n<p \/><P>Right now I&#8217;m getting ready to head out to Pulmonary Rehab.  Wow, twice in one week.  I&#8217;ve been finding it is easier for me to wake up these days and I think that some of it because the days are getting longer.  When I wake up now the sun is just starting to come up and things aren&#8217;t dark out.  I never realized how much I seem to be effected by that cycle.
