George Harrison
Growing up I got to hear a lot of The Beatles. That was one of the things my mom listed to a lot (along with a healthy dose of classical music). So when I read that George Harrison died yesterday, I took a moment and remembered those times. I still think there’s something timeless to a lot of their music.

Online Photos
So I’m trying to figure out how I’m going to fit my photo gallery into my new layout. I’d like to come up with some better way of displaying the pictures. I’ve seen a couple of different systems for doing it, but I haven’t found one that fits for me yet. How do other folks do this?

Telezapper
Over on Evhead there was mention of the Telezapper. I’ve been seeing ads on TV about this for the last few weeks and I’ve been quite curious about it. The idea of it is that you have this box that lists to incoming calls and can tell which ones are from telemarketers. When it senses one from a telemarketer, it sends a signal back down the phone line telling their computer to delete your name so they will never call you again.

It’s a neat idea, but I wonder how long before the telemarketers upgrade their software and make it obsolete.

Fun Medical News of the Day
In the past year my bone density has gone down over 2 percent. Average for someone my age is 1 percent. So, I’ve been given instructions to have more calcium every day and been perscribed Actonel.

In related news, Actonel isn’t covered by my Insurance, so I’m going to have to call my Endocrinologist tomorrow. What a pain in the ass.

Phew, not that bad
I took at test to see how much of an e-bore I am. Luckily it looks like I’m not much worse off then the average person.
