Damn, woke up again in the middle of the night. And just when I thought I was getting back onto a regular sleep schedule. Oh, and I tried one of those Breath-Right nose strips that came with the saline spray I bought and it kind of works. I’ll have to try the second one tomorrow night and see if it was just a fluke or something. It feels a little weird to wear though.
